Sitka Eight Wildlife & Coastal Photo Study / Personal Series, 2025 Project An eight-photo series captured over one weekend in Sitka, Alaska, documenting moments where rainforest meets ocean—sea lions feeding, salmon breaking the surface, fog dissolving the shoreline, and working boats cutting through kelp. The set reads as a short visual sequence moving from action to stillness. Role Scouted wildlife and coastal locations and timed shoots around tides and salmon runs Shot on a Canon Rebel T5i using telephoto and kit lenses for wildlife and landscapes Adapted to rain and changing light with weather protection and exposure bracketing Edited and color-graded RAW files in Lightroom and Photoshop Curated the final eight images into a narrative sequence Outcome Produced an eight-image gallery showcasing wildlife action, coastal lighting, and environmental storytelling using consumer-grade equipment.
